Turkish Cypriot FM quits in protest at move to reopen ghost resortTurkish Cypriot foreign minister Kudret Ozersay has announced his resignation in protest at the nationalist prime minister's decision to reopen the Greek Cypriot resort of Varosha, a sealed-off ghost town since 1974, just days before a presidential election.
