Stormy Daniels' lawyer Michael Avenatti says he will not seek presidency

Attorney said he made the decision ‘out of respect for my family’ and warned Democrats to find an aggressive candidate for 2020

Michael Avenatti, celebrity lawyer to Stormy Daniels and Trump antagonist, announced on Monday that he will not seek the presidency in 2020.

“I do not make this decision lightly – I make it out of respect for my family,” Avenatti said in a statement posted to Twitter. “But for their concerns, I would run.”
