Khashoggi death casts new light on Saudi prince’s crackdown

The killing of journalist Jamal Khashoggi has brought more attention to Mohammed bin Salman’s efforts to silence dissent in Saudi Arabia since he became crown prince. “There are no human rights defenders still free,” said Yahya Assiri, a Saudi human rights activist who lives in self-exile. “They are all behind bars.”
